Saturday June 28, Friend of Woods Park, led by Dave Manville, will be prepping aka clearing brush for an improved path into the park from Brugger St about 200 feet, anyone welcome to join 9Am to noon meet at park entrance on SW 48th and Woods Park.
Friends of Woods Park host work parties on the fourth Saturday of each month, 9:00 AM-noon (except December). Join the Friends of Woods Park in removing invasive non-native species, including English ivy, clematis, laurel, and Himalayan blackberry, and replacing them with native plants.
