On the November monthly SWTrails hike, the walkers took a dodgy-looking trail in the Bridlemile neighborhood south from SW Downsview Terrace through a gully.  This trail is not marked as being a public right-of-way on any map, so we thought we might be trespassing on private property.  When we emerged onto SW Ericwood Lane, a neighbor met us.  He assured us that there is an easement for the trail and that he and other neighbors have been maintaining this trail for many years.  These neighbors could use some help and trail building expertise to make this trail more pedestrian friendly.
