PBOT Delays Construction on Red Electric Trail bridge

In February, PBOT announced that a long-awaited bridge to be constructed across a ravine near Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway, a critical piece of the Red Electric trail and a potential boon to SW walkers in the Hillsdale area is to be delayed to due elevated construction costs.
