DESCRIPTION:SWTrails 3rd Saturday Walk\, July 15\, 9am to 11:30am \nMeet at Ida B. Wells HS Parking Lot near the Food Carts \nName:  Hillsdale Park Dosch Lane Loop\nLeader:  Deb Small\nStart Location:  Ida B. Wells HS Parking Lot\nStart Time:  9am (arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can start promptly at 9am)\nDistance:  2.75 miles\nElevation Change:  253 ft.\nPace:  2 mph avg.\nBus Information:  Since bus service has recently chaged throughout the city\, please visit TriMet’s Trip Planner  page to map your route to Ida B. Wells High School.  Many lines stop at the SW Capitol Hwy/Sunset bus stop \nCome on out and join SWTrails on Saturday\, July 15th\, for our 3rd Saturday Walk.  These walks are designed to offer a shorter distance of 2-4 miles and  a slower pace of around 2 mph walking opportunity.  This month Deb Small and others will lead us on a walk through Hillsdale Park\, down Dosch Lane with its several heritage trees\, and down some picturesque Hillsdale streets.  We are in our sunner\, warmer summer days so prepare accordingly.  As always\, check the weather for the day of the walk. \nBring a snack\, water\, good footwear\, and dress appropriately for the weather (raingear\, sunglasses\, sun screen\, etc.).  Note that smoking on our walks is not permitted for health reasons.  Kids\, as well as well-behaved pets on leash\, are welcome. \nHope to see you there! \nDeb Small \n\nFor more information or to volunteer to lead a future walk in your neighborhood\, contact us at walks.swtrails.org or use our web form on the Walks page HERE to get in touch.
