DESCRIPTION:Our new SWTrails Urban Run is now a monthly event on the first Wednesday of every month.  Put it on your calendar\, runners! \nName:  Big SWTrails Loop\, Trails 4\, 5\, 6\, 7\nLeader: Tyler Weber\nStart Location:  Multnomah Arts Center\, West Parking Lot\nStart Time:    5:45am (arrive 10-15 min. early so we can start promptly at 5:45am)\nDistance: 5.9 mi.  (estimated ~1 hour total duration)\nElevation Change:  104 ft.\nAverage Pace:  ~10 min/mile\nBus Information:   Check TriMet for bus information \n \nCome join us for an early morning run to start your day.  As it will still be dark wear something that will be visible. Headlamps or flashlights would be useful as well. \nWe will start at the west parking lot of Multnomah Arts center and run through the Multnomah neighborhood\, using SWTrails 4\, 5\, 6\, and 7.  Tempurature predicted in the low 50s with rain\, so dress appropriately. \nWear running-appropriate shoes and bring water and a snack as needed. \nHope to see you there.\nTyler \nHave a favorite hike?  Let us know if you have one and would like to lead.
