Start Location:  Ida B. Wells Parking Lot behind the Hillsdale Food Carts
Start Time:  9 am (arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can start promptly at 9am)
Distance: 6.5 miles
Elevation Change: 970 ft.
Average Pace:  2.5 mph
Participation Requirements: Must be fully vaccinated (including booster), and have mask available
Bus Information:  Several buses serve the SW Capitol and Sunset stop

Special Notes:  For those using the bus, you will see the Food Carts as you exit the bus; walk down to the parking lot behind them.

Feb 12th is our faster paced 2^nd Saturday Hike. Meet in the Ida B. Wells parking lot behind the Food Carts at 8:45am to sign in so we can begin hiking right at 9am.  We will take SW Trail #3 through George Himes Park and connect to the Willamette River Walk.  We’ll then head north to the section of the Walk by the OHSU Tram, double back to take the Seymour Steps up to SW Corbett, connect to the Buhler Cutoff and to the Terwilliger Trail, and then back to the high school. Bring water and snacks and dress in layers for our late winter weather. Well-behaved dogs on leash are welcome on our hikes, but no smoking for the health and consideration of others.
