The Red Electric Trail is a proposed trail along the route of the old Red Electric tram line that bisects SW Portland. This trail is being called the “Springwater Corridor of west Portland,” and will be an important pedestrian and bicycle path for those wanting alternative transportation from Hayhurst to points east.
