The 9th Annual Barbara Walker Trails Fair and Symposium: “Trails, Access and Inclusion: Planning and Building a System for All” will “be a chance for learning, sharing ideas and connecting.” It will be held at Metro Council Chambers, 600 NE Grand Ave., from 12:30-6 pm. The event is named after Barbara Walker, a parks, greenspace and trails advocate who helped create parks and trail systems such as the Marquam Nature Park, the Tom McCall Water Park and the Springwater Corridor.
