SWTrails PDX keeps a list of the emails of folks who want to receive notice of our activities—things like hikes and work parties. We also keep a list of donors. SWTrails does not share, distribute, sell, or give away the information in either of those lists.
SWTrails uses third-party software and vendors for processing donations (PayPal), for building our web page (WordPress), hosting our web page, and for social media (Facebook, Instagram). Each of those companies has their own privacy policy for which SWTrails does not assume any responsibility.
We regularly post photos taken at work parties and hikes on Facebook and Instagram. We do not seek photo waivers before doing this
You can contact us about topics such as hiking, trail maintenance, or membership through our contact forms. We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry. We do not share this data with third parties.
All participants are required to sign a waiver before taking part in trail work activities. Waivers are kept private and are used only for administrative and safety purposes. We do not share your information with any outside individuals or organizations.
