Note that the problem corner at Capitol Hill Road and Falcon at the NW corner of the new Safeway has the ugly and intrusive guard rail removed and a walkable extended shoulder put in its place. Took the City and Safeway awhile to get it sorted out, but it is a great improvement. Tell Safeway thanks when you visit, and tell Kurt Kreuger of PBOT thanks when you see him. We are still waiting for the fog line and the no parking signs.
