IMPORTANT RIEKE SOCCER LACROSSE FIELD DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE ON THE BOND MEASURE PROJECT LIST
As many of you know, the Rieke soccer/lacrosse field was condemned a year ago, kids cannot play on it, adults cannot use it. It needs to be redone. It will need to be funded by a bond measure.
Parks is putting together a list of projects, it is IMPORTANT THE THE RIEKE FIELD REBUILD BE ON THE LIST.
PLEASE PASS THIS NOTE TO ALL PTA’s in SW PORTLAND, SOCCER TEAMS AND LACROSSE TEAMS SO THEY ARE AWARE OF THIS ISSUE. WE NEED TO RALLY SUPORT FOR THE RIEKE FIELD REBUILD FOR Monday nights town hall, see below.
At a minimum, send an email to Commissioner Amanda Fritz requesting Rieke Field be included in the bond measure.
