SW Trails has created an updated proposal for a “Community-Initiated Trails Process”. This proposal is a response to the Portland Bureau of Transportation draft of “Community-Initiated Trails Process” of November 2014. PBOT asked for comments on their document at this website.
SW Trails has also created a summary of the changes between the SW Trails version and the original PBOT document. The cover letter that SW Trails sent to PBOT describes these changes as well.
This proposal (Feb 24, 2015) replaces earlier versions of the SW Trails proposals.
