August 6th Work Party on Buhler Cut-off trail

Project: Brushing/pruning along trail, tread reconstruction, close informal trails
Trail:      Buhler Cut-off Trail – Terwilliger Wildlands
Meeting location: SW Terwilliger Blvd. and Buhler Cut-off Trail

This months SWTrails work party with Portland Parks and Recreation will be at the Buhler Cut-off trail on SW Terwilliger Blvd. We will meet up on the Terwilliger end and there is parking for 5 cars there. A big Parks pickup will identify the meeting site. The area is served by bus 65 and there is additional parking a block south on Terwilliger. We will meet at 9AM and work til Noon, brushing, grading, closing off demand trails, and other activities. Come and join us as the weather will be a bit cooler.

Here is a map showing the location of the trail which runs down about 1/4 mile to Barbur, and a link to the meet point in Google Maps.
As usual trail work cloths are recommended, sturdy shoes, long pants and sleeves, Parks will provide all the equipment and gloves, maybe bring a bit of water and snack.
