Project: Full bench construction of approved reroute from bridge crossing up to SW
Lancaster Rd., fully decommission old alignment
Trail: SWT # 5 – Foley Balmer
Meeting location: SW Collins Ct. and SWT #5 (at the dead end)
Come join SW Trails and work on a park in need of trail reconstruction. This month SW Trails will be working on Friday Oct 10th from 9AM to Noon of the Parke Diem event and our work site is Foley-Balmer Park. We will be rerouting part of the trail through Foley-Balmer Natural Area, avoiding the steep section west of the bridge (we measured it at 28% grade today). We will meet on the SW Collins Ct side; a nearby address is 1839 SW Collins Ct
