A community group promoting walking and biking in southwest Portland, Oregon by:
1. Leading regular monthly hikes.
2. Organizing volunteer work parties to build and maintain trails.
3. Working with city, county and state planners to develop safe pedestrian routes.
4. Advocating for safe walking/biking in southwest Portland.
The SW Trails urban hike in September took 44 people on the 4T-Trail.
The 4T trail walk started by taking a bus before any of the 4 “T”s.The 4T Trail walkers were forced onto the freeway on-ramp by a slide. SW Trails has asked ODOT to fix it so walkers can stay off the road.
