Come on out and work off some of this weeks candy eating by helping SW Trails and PP&R sweep the leaves off all the trails in Marshall Park to keep them in shape for this winter. This is our regular first Thursday Work Party for November 3rd starting at 9AM and going til Noon.
We will meet at the playground down the SW 12th Dr entrance to the park. As always we will be guided by Parks Lands Stewardship folks. There is a lot of trial area in Marshall Park and this sweeping activity is easy, so if you have been waiting for a chance to see the park and sweep it clean now is the time to join us. Attire should be sturdy shoes and work cloths. Parks Land Stewardship will bring water, tools, snacks and gloves. We look forward to seeing you at this work party to keep our trails in shape for winter walking, starting here in Marshall Park
