SW Trails regular monthly first Thursday Work Party is on July 6th from 9AM to NOON. We we will be at the 4T Trail between SW Patton and HWY 26.

We meet at the Children’s Museum and walk over to the trail as a group. Look for the big white PP&R Truck. PP&R will provide free volunteer parking passes for the day. Our work for this event will be tread improvements, graveling wet spots, and the usual and very important early summer brushing and pruning. As always we will be guided by the Portland Parks Lands Stewardship folks. There is lots to do on the 4T to have it in shape for our PDX tourists and locals who enjoy this very special trail. PLEASE consider coming out and joining us. Below is a map link to the site.

Attire should be sturdy shoes, work cloths, sun block also. Parks will bring water, coffee, tools, snacks, gloves. All are welcome and I am looking forward to seeing you at this work party as we spruce up one of Portlands premier trails.
