SW Naito crossing discussions

Commissioner Eudaly recently wrote a note to South Portland Neighborhood Association (SPNA) and the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) about the much needed but frequently delayed safe crossing of SW Naito at SW Whitaker. The crossing is a key connection for 4T Trail users when the Tram is not operating. It is also a THE key pedestrian connection between the upper and lower campuses of OHSU. It was originally to be a part of the Hooley Bridge project.
