If you’ve done any walking you know that southwest Portland is sadly lacking sidewalks. When looking at District 4 (sw Portland) and District 1, over 50% of sidewalk issues are in these two districts. Councilors Loretta Smith (District 1) and Mitch Green (4) are collaborating on a plan to find hundreds of millions of dollars to fund sidewalks in their districts.
