Come join us for an early morning run to start your day. As it will still be dark and potentially raining, wear something that will be visible and weather proof. Headlamps/flashlights would be useful as well.
We will start at the Multnomah Arts Center parking lot on Capitol Hwy and run a 6-mile loop through Woods, Spring Garden, and Dickinson Parks before returning to the starting point. Check the weather prior to the run for the most accurate information.
Wear running-appropriate shoes and bring water and a snack as needed.
