The Watershed Building in Hilldale, 6388 SW Capitol Hwy
The first of two planned open houses for the Red Electric Trail Project: SW Bertha to SW Vermont Section. The project will construct a new bike and pedestrian bridge between SW Capitol and SW Beaverton Hillsdale Highway. The Bureau of Transportation and the consultant team will present the current design alternatives and alignments being considered for the bridge as well as sidewalk improvements on SW Nebraska. The City is inviting the public to review the current design alternatives and provide feedback. A second open house will be scheduled for March to present the selected design concept. Light refreshments will be provided.
