Hello everyone, it is April and our regular first Thursday Work Party is upon us and the weather looks to be fantastic. We will be working in Woods Park this month on SW trail 7 and other locations in the park doing tread work, cutting the trail hinge and other activities. It is quite a long section through the park and we can use lots of helpers and trail busters. The meeting location is SW 43rd st and SW Alice street (see map link below). This is just a block or so West of the Intersection with Alice Street and Capital Hwy.

Our work party begins at 9AM and we work til Noon. Portland Parks and Recreation Lands Stewardship (new name) is leading the work party and will provide all the tools necessary and gloves, water and snacks. Come on over and join the fun, wear work cloths and sturdy shoes and lets see how much we can get done.
