Revised Bylaws to be voted on March 30

March 30th Thursday at 7PM for 1.5 hrs at the Watershed location.

Hi Board, after meeting a few times, our (appointed from Jan Membership Meeting) bylaws group, Doug, Debbie, Michael finished up a review and proposed revision of the bylaws (see attached). I (Dave) read all the way through, finally, and would encourage you to also (4 pages). Consider this your notice per the bylaws to discuss and approve at our re-opened annual membership meeting on March 30th (most likely). Short version is that the VP position has been created as an Officer position and some cleanup of earlier language. Thanks so much to Debbie, Doug, and Michael for doing this. Hopefully a quick decision or two and some discussion and approval and we can have this off our plate in March.
