The sixth hike in our Self-Led hiking series will take you from Multnomah Village to the Woods Park natural area.  On a sunny day, this could be a great chance to eat some quality ice cream, while hiking in nature.

Name:  Multnomah Village to Woods Park
Neighborhood: Multnomah Village, Ash Creek
Distance: 3.8 miles
Rating: Easy
Elevation Change: 216 feet
Start/End Location: Multnomah Arts Center (7688 SW Capitol Hwy)

Summary:
This walk will take you through the Multnomah and Ashcreek neighborhoods. Our hike description begins in charming Multnomah Village and goes west to the soccer fields at Smith School, through Woods Park via the Marigold Trail, and passing the new Spring Garden Park before looping back to Multnomah Village. The route follows Garden Home Rd for much of the distance and although there is a decent roadside space (no sidewalks) to walk on it is a bit rough so recommended for sturdy walker/runners. As this is a loop hike it can be picked up at any place along the route such as George Smith School, Woods Park, etc.
