Proposed Fiscal Sponsorships from SWNI – Update:
- SW Trails would agree to act as Fiscal Sponsor to three entities: Crestwood NA Dickinson Park, Crestwood Friends of Woods Park, and Crestwood Ashcreek Natural Area. Total combined current funds, $22,732.31. Justification: Manageable additional treasurer responsibility, groups directly related to our mission.
- Fees: $30 annually, plus 10-15% of funds expended. Sponsored groups would be invited to the annual Audit review.
- Groups must submit a Fiscal Sponsorship request to SW Trails. Review SWTrails’ current Fiscal Sponsorship form to ensure issues of employment are addressed (insurance and liability coverage). Detailed description of how their funds can be used.
