Good news, after 10.5 months we finally have confirmation that we do not have to build a bridge across Fanno Creek on SW 25th for our Safe Routes to School trail from Bertha to BH Hwy. We are now trying to understand what hoops we need to jump through to get a trail permit from PBOT. Once we have that, we think the path is clear to build the connection. We have a funding letter from PBOT covering the construction. Do not hold your breath, when dealing with the City of Portland, one never knows!
